Dr. Richard D. Peper
April 21, 1921 -- April 18, 2007
Back from World War II Dr. Peper started his training at Moody Bible Institute and majored in Greek. After graduation He became a college professor in two bible colleges.
As an assistant pastor, He started a Christian School and that lead to starting three more Christian Schools After many busy years in school education he semi-retired to Dunedin, Florida.
