GENUINE LIFE

"And this ever is the witness, that God once then gave us eternal life, and this life ever is in His Son. The one ever having the Son ever has life; the one not ever having the Son of God does not ever have life" (I John 5:11-12, Expanded Greek Translation – EGT).

First, Genuine Life Comes Only Through the Son and Fully Resides in Him
John makes this very clear distinction. If you have the Son, you have life. If you don’t have the Son you don’t have life. Religious teaching tries to put life into our being good or being right versus being bad or being wrong. However, those things are based out of the knowledge of good and evil and have nothing to do with life. All of that type of thinking and doing on either side of the fence, only has its root in death. There is no genuine life in it. Our heavenly Father ever has eternal life in Himself (John 5:26). The Father has once then desired, decided, and granted that all eternal life would reside in His Son (John 5:26). Jesus is the express image of the Father (Hebr. 1:3). John also declares that the Son was ever the Word of the Father from the beginning of beginnings (John 1:4). The Word became flesh that we might behold and fully know the Father (John 1:14, 18). In Jesus Christ was ever life, and His life ever was the light of men (John 1:4). If we are ever to see the life and truth of the Father, it will only be through the life and truth of the Son.

Second, Genuine Life is Complete With the Spirit Birthing of His Son in Us
Our Heavenly Father from the beginning of beginnings planned and chose us to be in Christ (Eph. 1:4). Our Father wanted sons to have His Son in them to be their eternal life, so that He could forever have a relationship with them. Out of the Person, Spirit, and nature of His Son within those sons, our Father could have a full and complete fellowship with those sons. Adam chose a temporal lying word of Satan and begin operating in a carnal life through the Satanic nature within him ever existing and using the knowledge of good and evil. The only way we can ever be eternally changed is with genuine Holy Spirit conviction of our sin and need of a Savior. The eternal change is consummated when by His faith we simply believe in the completeness of the Son’s 100% finished work on cross, and our Father’s 100% satisfaction with His Salvation in the fact that He raised Him from the dead. Genuine life is complete with the Spirit birthing of His Son in us – through the fullness of His Person, Spirit, and nature now in us.

Third, Spiritual Exchange of Genuine Life for Death in the Spirit Birthing
Our Father works out of opposites in His eternal plan. Religion is spent with restoring and making him a better man out of the Adamic race using the knowledge of good and evil. At the cross, Christ put to death everything that we had that tied us to the Adamic race. At the Spirit birthing, the Holy Spirit exchanged every thing that was Satanic that operated in us through the Adamic race and lineage. We now have the fullness of Christ in us. The birthing is a Spiritual exchange of His genuine life with a death to all Adamic and Satanic ties.

Fourth, Christ’s Genuine Life Birthed in Us by Grace Frees Us from Sin
Again, religious attempts to build the church on the restoration of Adam and becoming a better Adamic creation man. However, Paul declares that Christ is the last Adam (I Cor. 15:45). Why? Christ put everything concerning our ties to Adam and the original sin to death on the cross. The cross liberates from Adam, the Adamic or the sinful Satanic nature and the birthing translates us into the kingdom of His dear Son (Rom. 6:6; Col. 1:13). Christ’s genuine life birthed in us by grace frees us from sin. At salvation, Christ in us has completed us in Spirit in every respect. His genuine eternal and resurrection life in us now frees us from the penalty of sin. The Holy Spirit continues to transform our thinking and decisions to the mind of Christ ever in us, so we can be progressively changed in the soul with liberation from the power of sin. At the end of this earthly life for us, a split second on the other side of physical death, we will receive a glorified body and be removed from the entire presence of sin. One day, sin shall be no more.

Fifth, We Must Identify with Christ and His Genuine Life in Us
Holy Spirit mind transformation is extremely crucial to every Spirit birthed son. We must have a full revelation of Jesus Christ and totally identify with Christ in every respect. We are now a new creation life, with Christ living within us in a shared-life, the Christ-life (II Cor. 5:17). All things have fully become new in the Spirit, but old ways of thinking and attempting to live separately from Christ in our Adamic flesh will be dealt with progressively in the soul throughout our earthly walk. The "old things at intervals are being rendered void" (II Cor. 5:17, EGT). We must identify that when Christ died on the cross, every thing about us related to Adam also died and was put to death on the cross (Rom. 6:6). We must identify that with our Spirit birthing, that we now have the genuine life of Christ in fullness within us for eternity. Paul says, "it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me" (Gal. 2:20). We must identify with Christ and His genuine life in us.

Sixth, Christ’s Genuine Life Flows Out of His Spiritual Mind Within Us
We are no longer Jew or Greek, we "are all one in Christ Jesus" (Gal 3:28). We are in a new creation race, with Christ as the eternal head of this race, created in Him before the foundation of the world (Eph. 1:4). My ties to Adam were slain in Him on the cross. My ties to Christ were sealed by the Holy Spirit with my Spirit birthing. My shared-life or the Christ-life must be viewed as my only life. It is certainly the only life my Father accepts. There is no such thing any more as independent selves attempting to live for God and Christ. That is not reality and truth according to the gospel and scripture. Paul calls that being carnally minded and declares that is death. However, "to be spiritually minded is life and peace" (Rom 8:6). Christ’s genuine life flows out of His Spiritual mind within us.

Seventh, Christ lives His Genuine Life in Us to Others and for the Father
We need to see ourselves as vessels (II Cor. 4:7), as members of the Body of Christ (I Cor. 12:27), that carry the Person, Spirit, nature and genuine life of our Lord Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world (Gal. 2:20; Rom. 8:9; II Pet. 1:4; I John 5:11-12). We need to realize that our Heavenly Father wants a deep abiding love-fellowship with us. This love-fellowship with the Father can only be realized through the shared-life or the Christ-life, and our union with Christ. Christ is the way to the Father, the truth of the Father, and the life of the Father in us (John 14:6). Christ lives His genuine life in us to others and for the Father!
