Dear Fellow Believers in Christ, (The Father's Eternal Purpose is in Christ and functions through His finished work on the cross)

Is not the Father's eternal purpose and plan a finished plan before the foundation of the world? Does not the Father's eternal purpose revolve around Himself and us being placed in Christ? What is life worship of our Father? What are the purposes that we are in Christ and Christ is in us from our Spirit rebirthing? Why is it a lie that Jesus died Spiritually on the cross? Why is it a lie that Jesus went to hell to pay for our sins? How does Jesus destroy the works of the devil in and through us? What is the Father's highest purpose and calling? Holy Spirit reveal and speak Your truth to us as we look expectantly into the Word of God. Show us Paul's apostolic message of the Father's eternal purpose.

THE FATHER'S ETERNAL PURPOSE

"In order that now might once then be made known to the rulers and to the authorities in the heavenlies through the church the manifold wisdom of God, according to the eternal purpose which he once then made in Christ Jesus our Lord!" (Eph. 3:10,11, Expanded Greek Translation – EGT).

First, The Father's Eternal Purpose was Completed in Christ Before All Else
The Father's eternal purpose began in the heart and mind of God even before this world was framed. He spoke His Word and His Word is His Son (John 1:1). His Son is the express image and visible essence of the Father (Hebr. 1:3; Col. 1:15). The invisible Father created all things through His visible Son, the Word (John 1:3; Col. 1:16). In the Father's mind the Lamb was slain for His eternal purpose even before anything or any one else was created – even "before the foundation of the world" (Rev. 13:8). This is when the Father chose us in Christ "before the foundation of the world" (Eph. 1:4). Everything we needed to be complete in God would be found in Christ (Col. 2:10). Christ would be the center focus of everything for the rebirthed believer for life, liberty, and the Father's eternal purpose. This is why the Word tells us, that "the works were finished from the foundation of the world" (Hebr. 4:3). For the Father's Eternal purpose was completed in Christ before all else. The Father is now in His rest.

Second, The Father's Eternal Purpose is to have Sons For Himself
Not only is the Father's eternal purpose found and centered in Christ, but it is also centered in the Father, Himself. The Father's eternal plan is to have sons for Himself. Through His eternal purpose, the Father has accomplished this in Christ and through Christ. This is the mystery of the will of the Father, that He purposed the whole plan to be "in Himself" (Eph. 1:9). That throughout time, the Father would "gather together in one all things in Christ" (Eph. 1:10). This is the purpose of the Father "who works all things according to the counsel of His will" (Eph. 1:11). Jesus Christ let us know that He was the way to the Father, the truth of the Father, and the life in the Father. In fact, Jesus said that no one could come to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). It is the Son that reveals and opens up the Father to us (Matt. 11:27).

Third, Christ in Life Worship Expression Opens Fellowship With The Father
It is only through His only begotten Son that we are granted grace and eternal life to become His Spirit rebirthed sons (John 1:12, 13). The Holy Spirit reveals and rebirths us with The Son – the living and eternal Word of the Father (I Pet. 1:23). Then, the Word – the Son, becomes flesh in us. We have eternal life through the Son now living in us (1 John 5:11-12). We have fellowship with the Father, through the Spirit of His Son in our hearts (Gal. 4:6). This is the fellowship that we now have with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ (I John 1:3). We are now the Body of Christ (I Cor. 12:27). As we function and flow together in His Spirit of unity (Eph. 4:3), the Lord in us expresses Himself through us to others in love (Eph. 4:16). As Christ flows through us with His love to others, this life worship expression opens the door to our fellowship with the Father.

Fourth, The Depths of Revelation and Fellowship Are in Christ in Us
The Church today needs to be liberated by the true gospel. Paul clearly declared it. "For by grace you continually are already having been completely saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God" (Eph. 2:8, EGT). It is Christ and His finished work on the cross that saves you and becomes your righteousness and holiness before God (I Cor. 1:30). The mystery is that the Gentiles would be fellow heirs with the Jews in the body of Christ. The Holy Spirit speaks to Spirit rebirthed sons of the depths of the revelation of the mystery (I Cor. 2:10). The Holy Spirit reveals the fullness of the fellowship of the mystery (Eph. 3:9). Paul declares that the riches of the glory of this mystery is "Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Col. 1:27). That is the expression of Christ living in and through us for expression in this earth. Paul's Apostolic message about this part of the mystery is clear. Paul says, "it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me" (Gal. 2:20). The Father put Christ in you for temporal expression and put you in Christ for an eternal relationship with Himself. Paul throughout his epistles, provides the Church with over 150 in Christ statements.

Fifth, The Eternal Purpose Operates through Christ with His Finished Work
Every part of the Father's eternal purpose operates in Christ and through Christ with His finished work. Christ would be the eternal sacrifice paid-in-full with His own blood and broken body on the cross. Christ paid for our wages of sin and hell fully and completely right on the cross. When Christ finished, He said with a loud voice, "It is finished!" (John 19:30). There are two lies that men perpetrate with their natural mind thinking. Some men say that Jesus died Spiritually. No, that is not true. Christ did all things by the "eternal spirit" (Hebr. 9:14). If Jesus died Spiritually, then the Eternal Spirit would be the lie, and Jesus would have then come under the power of Satan, the lord of death. We could never have eternal life for that would be a lie without an eternal Spirit. The other lie is that Jesus went to hell to pay for our sins there. Paul clearly tells us that Christ went to hell and disarmed Satan and his demons and made a public spectacle out of them (Col. 2:15). How? Everything was nailed to the cross, put to death, and taken out of the way (Col. 2:14). Then, Jesus openly triumphed over Satan in hell, through the power and payment of the completed and finished work of cross. Christ Himself clearly declared His finished victory to hell.

Sixth, Christ Destroys the Works of the Devil through His Rebirthed Sons
Through Christ living in every member of His Body, the Body of Christ He is still declaring the victory through us to Satan and all the principalities and powers in the heavenly places (Eph. 3:10). This is being done "according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Eph. 3:11, NKJ). This is being done through the Father's finished work in Christ in us as us. It was "for this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil" (I John 3:8). Christ does that in Spirit rebirthed sons (I John 3:9).

Seventh, His Highest Purpose is Conforming Us to the Image of His Son
Spirit rebirthed sons are called according to the eternal purpose of the Father (Rom. 8:28). The Father predestined, called, justified, and glorified us in Christ, by the Holy Spirit rebirthing us and placing us into the Body of Christ (Rom. 8:30; I Cor. 12:13). The Father's highest purpose is conforming us to the image of His Son (Rom. 8:29), just as the Son is conformed to His image (Hebr. 1:3).
