Dear Fellow Believers in Christ, (Christ is the All in All in Us so that the Father also can be All in All)

Did you know that the Eternal Plan of the Father was completed before the foundation of the world? Did you know that our Father rested, when he committed all authority and creation unto the Son? Did you know that Christ is the Divine Creator of all things? What are different purposes and functions of the Holy Spirit and Christ in us? How is Christ the all in all in us and how can this also make the Father all in all in us? Let's look to see what God's Word says about Christ as all in all.

CHRIST AS ALL IN ALL

"And God the Father already subjected all things under Christ's feet, and once then gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is ever His body, the fullness of Him who ever fills all things in all" (Eph. 1:22-23, author's translation).

First, The Eternal Plan of the Father Places Everything in Christ as All in All
In the eternal plan of the Father, "He chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world" (Eph. 1:4). The Father's eternal plan was already completed before the angels or we were created. To the Father, "the Lamb was slain from the foundation of the world" (Rev. 13:8). Christ "indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you" (I Pet. 1:20). When the Father's eternal plan was complete, He ceased from His works and once then entered into His rest (Hebr. 4:10). In the eternal plan, it was the Father's intention that everything would be placed in Christ as all in all. This is the mystery of the Father's will, "that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth – in Him" (Eph. 1:9,10).

Second, Christ is the All in All Throughout All Things in Creation
The Father then committed all authority and creation unto the Son. "The Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son" (John 5:22). "The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand" (John 3:35). So God the Father in the beginning of beginnings – thought. His thought manifested and became His only begotten Son. Through the spoken word (Gk: Rhema) of His Son "all things were made" (Hebr. 1:2; John 1:3). Paul declares, "for by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him" (Col. 1:16). Look at that list. There is nothing that anyone can identify, that is not covered by that list. Surely Christ is all in all of creation. All things in creation are by and through Him and for Him.

Third, Christ becomes the All in All for Every Believer in the Rebirthing
Concerning the Son, the writer of Hebrews states, "Who ever being the radiance of glory and the express image of His essence, and ever supporting all things by the Rhema word of His power" (Hebr. 1:3a). Christ is the express image of the Father in every part of His character and essence. It is the spoken word of Christ that supports and sustains everything and everyone in creation. The Holy Spirit birthed us into the Body of Christ as individual members (I Cor. 12:13,27). Therefore, we are now in Christ and all things have already completely become new (II Cor. 5:17). We have a new nature. We are now "partakers of the divine nature" (II Pet. 1:4). That is the nature of Christ in us. We have been born again by an incorruptible Seed (I Pet. 1:23). That incorruptible Seed is Christ – the living Word, who now lives in us. We have eternal life, not primarily as a gift. We have eternal life, because we have the Eternal Life Person indwelling us (I John 5:11,12). Christ now becomes the all in all for every believer in the rebirthing.

Fourth, The Holy Spirit of Truth Teaches All Things of the Person of Truth
When we received Christ at the Spirit rebirthing, we also received the Father and the Holy Spirit. For Paul declares, that in Christ "dwells the fullness of the Godhead bodily" (Col. 2:9). Christ is always God in bodily form. Jesus of Nazareth was the Word becoming flesh some 2000 years ago. "Now you are the Body of Christ, and members in particular" (I Cor. 12:27). You are not called the Body of the Holy Spirit, but the Body of Christ. It is Christ who is expressed in and through you to others. It is Christ who is the express image of the Father. The Holy Spirit is in you to renew your mind. Christ has to have a renewed mind to work with in us in order to express Himself in and through us as us. The Holy Spirit "will teach you all things" (Jn. 14:26). The Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth (Jn.16:13). The Holy Spirit will take the "all things that the Father" has given to the Son and "declare it to you" (Jn. 16:15). The Holy Spirit – the Spirit of truth is come to teach us of all things of The Son – the Person of truth (Jn. 14:6).

Fifth, The Christian Life Comes When Christ is All in All in Us
The reality of the Christian life comes, when we quit trying to imitate Jesus as a spiritual actor. The reality comes when the Holy Spirit renews the mind to the revelation that Christ lives in us as us. Paul says, "it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me" (Gal. 2:20). Christ doesn't live in us as Jesus of Nazareth. That was the Mary body that Jesus indwelt some 2000 years ago. That is not the Body of Christ today. "You are the Body of Christ and members in particular" (I Cor. 12:27). Christ is living in His many membered body. Our new man is Christ. Christ expresses Himself in us as us, operating out of the renewed mind according to His character and nature (Col. 3:10). Our culture, our religion, our customs, and our style all are subject to the character and the nature of Christ in us. He becomes the preeminent One in us. "Christ is all in all" (Col. 3:11).

Sixth, Christ Can Live His Love For Others Life to The Father as All in All
Paul says, "Christ is risen from the dead" (I Cor. 15:20). When we were in Adam, we were in death. However, now with the Spirit rebirthing, we are in Christ. All that are in Christ shall be made alive (I Cor. 15:22). Christ lives in us with His life. As Paul declares it, we are "saved by His life" (Rom. 5:10). The Spirit of Christ in us is a love-for-others Spirit. Love is the opposite of self. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails (I Cor. 13:7,8a). That is the truth of Christ in us as us. First, we need to know that Christ lives in us. Next, we once then in our Spiritual rebirthing presented ourselves to God, and continually do so, in order that the Holy Spirit may transform us by the renewing of the mind (Rom. 12:1-2). Then Christ can live His love-for-others life through us as us unto the Father as our all in all.

Seventh, Christ is All in All in Us So That The Father Can Be All in All in Us
When Christ starts living and expressing Himself spontaneously in us as us to and for others; then, the Son in us will begin to be the teacher and revealer of the Father in us (Matt. 11:27). John said, "truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ" (I John 1:3). This is the ultimate reason that the Son is in you as you. The Father put all things under Christ – the head of the church. The Father put Christ in you to fill all things in all in us (Eph. 1:22-23). This is so our Father can through Christ and His love, "be all in all in us" (I Cor. 15:28).
